We owned and operated this downtown historic property with a high volume, award winning restaurant, lounge, and outdoor terrace from 2003 to 2014.  We purchased this non branded former hotel with its 36 dilapidated rooms for $20,000 per unit and sold it, 10 years later, at $222,000 per unit as a 28 room hotel and suites.
